Who Qualifies For A Bursary Or University Student Loan From NSFAS?
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application system.
Applications are now open and can shut on fifteen December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must meet the following criteria:
• Be a South African citizen or copyright who emanates from a house by using a combined gross domestic earnings that doesn't exceed R350 000 for every annum.
• People with disabilities qualify if their combined household earnings isn't going to exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and wish not submit any proof of earnings.
*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle
The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is nsfas check open up to all South African citizens and permanent inhabitants from homes with combined R350 000 and R600 000 for each annum.
Applicants are reminded to supply the correct Id Doc numbers, names, and surname, as reflected in their South African ID.
